📋 Description
• Prepare employment-based permanent residence applications, including I-140 immigrant petitions, I-485 adjustment of status applications, and immigrant visa filings, in collaboration with Attorneys and Senior Case Managers • Collect, organize, and review supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before Attorney review • Coordinate the preparation and submission of comprehensive immigration filings to government agencies • Log and maintain accurate and up-to-date client and case information in our case management system • Monitor case progress and communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure timely responses to deadlines and government correspondence
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and meet multiple legal deadlines • Excellent communication and organizational skills • High level of attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and empathy • Passion for the immigration field and interest in learning more about employment-based immigration and the U.S. green card process
