📋 Description

• You design and manage our entire freelancer function — from strategy to performance. • You develop metrics (KPIs) for cost, satisfaction, quality, and availability and use them deliberately to drive decisions. • You ensure quality and cost remain in balance — tough in negotiations, but always fair. • You build a strong freelancer network across platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, or agencies — and develop it further with a clear structure. • You work closely with management (Head of HR & CEO) and contribute your own ideas to evolve our workforce model. • You design efficient processes so internal teams can request freelancers quickly and easily — ideally with a helpdesk-like system. • You identify improvement opportunities and implement them pragmatically — with the goal that our teams enjoy working with freelancers.

• Procurement mindset: You think in terms of value-for-money, can negotiate tough, and remain professional. • Analytical and solution-oriented: KPIs are not just reports for you but active management tools. • Experience in freelancer management, procurement, or workforce management, ideally with tools like Upwork, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack. • You enjoy change and adopting new technologies — for example, you like using AI automation tools to design efficient, partially automated processes. • Service orientation: You make the use of freelancers a real benefit for our teams. • Ownership mentality: You take responsibility, make decisions, and aim for measurable results. • Process understanding: You work on the process, not in the process — with an eye for structure, scalability, and quality.
