• Role: Commercial Debt Advisor / Finance Broker (Self-Employed) • Location: Remote – UK-wide • Type: Self-Employed (Authorised Representative or Introducer) • Earnings: Commission Only – Uncapped (£100k–£150k+ OTE for top performers) • About the Opportunity: We\’re partnering with an award-winning commercial finance brokerage recognised for innovation and client care. This is a rare chance to run your own finance brokerage without the cost or admin burden – you’ll keep full control of your client base while benefiting from hot leads, compliance cover, and access to one of the broadest lender panels in the market. • What You’ll Get: Pre-qualified hot leads are entered directly into your pipeline. Full compliance and regulatory support – including insurance. Access to dozens of top lenders across cashflow, property, asset finance, and sector-specific funding. Business development toolkit, ongoing training, and peer network support. Market-leading commission splits – top ARs earn £100k–£150k+ OTE . Flexible model: AR agreements or introducer-only options available. • Our Client’s Solutions Include: Cashflow & Working Capital – loans, tax/VAT finance, merchant cash advance. Property Funding – bridging, development, BTL, holiday let, HMOs, refurb. Asset Finance – hire purchase, leasing, invoice discounting, trade finance. Change of Ownership – MBO/MBI, acquisition, restructuring, growth capital. Sector Specialists – healthcare, agriculture, professional services, hospitality, and more. • Who We’re Looking For: You will need to answer “yes” to most of these: You have a proven track record in SME commercial finance (structuring debt and equity deals). You’re comfortable being self-employed with an uncapped commission model . You have a lender network and/or proven ability to originate your own deals. You can manage the full customer journey from enquiry to funding. You have successfully billed £100k+ in commission or closed multiple six-figure deals. You can work across multiple finance products, not just regulated mortgages.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a proven track record in SME commercial finance (structuring debt and equity deals). • You’re comfortable being self-employed with an uncapped commission model. • You have a lender network and/or proven ability to originate your own deals. • You can manage the full customer journey from enquiry to funding. • You have successfully billed £100k+ in commission or closed multiple six-figure deals. • You can work across multiple finance products, not just regulated mortgages.
