🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementation, technical support, or platform configuration • Professional proficiency in English • Experience with SaaS platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) • Hands-on familiarity with APIs, basic scripting, or SQL • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a confident communicator
