📋 Description

• Represent Embrace as an expert communicator and technologist while delivering an excellent customer experience • Communicate directly with customers, product teams, and engineering teams to solve customer and technical issues • Drive technical integration strategy and execution for prospects and customers • Create customized implementation approaches tailored to each customer's technical environment and business objectives • Root-cause technical issues and provide clear reproduction instructions or drive new product specifications • Suggest product improvements based on day-to-day customer needs • Ensure bugs are surfaced to Engineering quickly, efficiently, and effectively • Improve Sales and Customer Success collaboration by developing tools and enhancing documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer, Web Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer at a B2B software technology company • Experience with mobile or web development • Familiarity with iOS, Android, and their development tools • Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line • Comfortable discussing code; ability to read and write code is a plus • Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript preferred • Curiosity and ability to use tools and resources to reach resolutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel for customer-facing activities and quarterly internal team gatherings • Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred
