📋 Description

• File requests from internal customers into Sharepoint system • Data entry into the Sharepoint team site • Improve the organizational system for the Product and Pricing team • Help with the administration of a ticket system and assign tasks to the right person • Help with the creation of weekly and monthly reports • Maintain vendor contact information • Assist with administrative tasks on request • Enter the team's vacation in our system

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative support role • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Positive outlook and ability to work well both in a team environment and independently • Proficiency in Word and Outlook • Excel proficiency
