• Provide legal support for corporate governance, securities compliance, and M&A activities • Assist with SEC filings and related disclosures • Support domestic and cross-border M&A transactions • Provide general corporate legal support
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. degree, licensed to practice law in the U.S. • 6-9 years of experience in-house or at a law firm • Experience with M&A transactions • Strong technical knowledge of securities law and corporate governance
