📋 Description

• Define and monitor efficiency and technical quality metrics, supporting data-driven decisions. • Work in partnership with Product and Design leadership to ensure technical initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives. • Support Tech References and developers in technical growth, establishing engineering best practices, architectural patterns, and code quality. • Manage team capacity and technical prioritization, ensuring predictable, sustainable, and business-impacting deliveries. • Adjust squad rituals and workflows as needed, focusing on continuous improvement. • Seek balance between delivery, quality, speed, and team development. • Ensure documentation practices and knowledge sharing within the team. • Lead management rituals (1:1s, feedback, Individual Development Plans - IDPs), strengthening individual and collective development. • Lead, develop, and inspire engineering teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous-learning culture. • Plan career movements (promotions, scope adjustments) based on clear criteria aligned with organizational processes. • Promote an environment of psychological safety, autonomy, and ownership. • Work on team structuring, recruitment, onboarding, and career development for engineering staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Coordinator, or senior technical leader in digital product teams. • Proven track record of leading development teams and supporting engineers' growth. • Experience with distributed systems architecture, microservices, and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, observability, automated testing). • Ability to balance technical and strategic decisions, ensuring efficient and high-quality deliveries. • Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc.). • Strong communication and influencing skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in team structuring, performance management, and development planning.
