📋 Description

• Knowledge of the systems they work with • Use techniques to collaborate with the PO in effective Product Backlog management • Help the PO clearly communicate the vision, goals and Product Backlog items to the development team • Guide the team to create clear and concise Backlog items • Help the Team understand Product planning in an empirical environment • Understand and practice agility • Act as a facilitator in Scrum events • Provide leadership so the development team can create high-value products • Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments • Assist the development team in environments where the Scrum process is not yet fully adopted • Lead and train the organization in Scrum adoption • Drive changes that increase the Scrum team's productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology • Completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology
