📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex projects across business and technology functions • Develop and maintain project charters, stakeholder registries, communications plans, RAIDD logs, and project plans • Define project scope, objectives, success measures, and deliverables with business owners and functional leaders • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies • Drive project execution, schedule adherence, issue resolution, and delivery performance • Ensure project outcomes align with organizational priorities, PMO standards, and operational readiness requirements • Partner with business leaders, operational teams, technology teams, and external vendors • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering discussions, and executive updates • Prepare and deliver reporting on project health, milestone progress, risks, financial impacts, and decision needs • Escalate issues and influence stakeholders to resolve barriers • Build cross-functional relationships supporting collaboration, accountability, and change adoption • Champion PMO tools, templates, methodologies, and reporting practices • Mentor project managers and provide guidance on best practices • Contribute to improvements in PMO standards, dashboards, templates, and project intake or prioritization processes • Maintain project records, status reporting, and dependency tracking for leadership review • Promote accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or other relevant education and experience as determined by the company • 5+ years of project management experience in a healthcare environment • Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex initiatives • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to operate with versatility and flexibility in a loosely defined environment • Experience using project management software such as Smartsheet and Jira • PMP Certification preferred
