📋 Description

• Accountable for building and deploying innovative features across the Employment Operating System • Drive your squad to develop critical features for customers • Collaborate with global designers, product managers and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Write automated tests for production code and maintain high code quality • Develop and maintain key components of web applications (front-end and server-side) • Conduct testing and code reviews for yourself and colleagues • Mentor and support Junior Engineers within your squad • Contribute to accelerating the product roadmap and delivering customer-impacting features

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a highly skilled, senior-level Software Development Engineer (Senior Engineers typically have 6+ years of experience) • Focused on Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration • Proficient in React and at least one backend programming language (Python, Java, PHP, etc.) • Proven experience implementing, maintaining and deploying full-stack web technologies • Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology • Experience writing automated tests for production code • Experience conducting testing and code reviews • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers • Good verbal and written English skills • Team player with adaptable and versatile approach to work
