• 1-3 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in lifecycle or customer marketing • Familiarity with customer growth metrics (NRR, GRR, expansion ARR, churn, contraction, etc.) and how marketing influences them • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
