• Encore is a leader in Technical Staff augmentation and direct placement services. • Candidates are required to have significant experience in front-end development.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates MUST HAVE 9+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OR HAVE SERVED AS LEAD OR ARCHITECT ROLE • Strong Front end development working experience with HTML5.0 + CSS3.0 + Java Script & JS MVC • Hands-on experience in / Angular JS / Node JS / Bootstrap/ Responsive Web Design. • Good Experience with high level Architecture/Design • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions for modern browsers • Advocate of front-end development standards, design patterns, best practices or guidelines • Experience and thoughtful opinions on building data-driven interfaces • Program / project planning, monitoring / tracking and measuring • Requirement gathering, estimation review, design review, proposal creation • Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. • Experience in Agile Methodologies/Scrum Model • Strong Experience building teams/mentoring team members • Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, systems and objectives.
