📋 Description

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Sales and Customer Service • Develop and support plugins, custom workflow activities, client-side scripting, Dataverse customizations, Power Automate flows, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Platform solutions • Participate in solution deployments and environment management • Troubleshoot application defects and production issues • Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 • Support web templates, page configurations, Liquid templates, JavaScript customizations, and portal security and authentication • Improve portal performance, usability, and accessibility • Participate in integration development and troubleshooting using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and REST APIs • Participate in Agile delivery teams and sprint activities • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Senior Developers • Provide effort estimates for development tasks • Maintain technical documentation and deployment notes • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reusable development assets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience • 2–5 years of software development experience • 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Microsoft Power Platform • Hands-on experience with C# .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps • Understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration concepts • Experience with source control and software development lifecycle processes • Experience working within Agile project teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure preferred • Power Pages, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines experience preferred • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consulting organization preferred • Experience supporting integrations with ERP, finance, or line-of-business systems preferred • Qualified candidates must complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process
