• As Chief Growth Officer, you'll deliver a life-changing learning opportunity into the hands of millions • You're the operational driver of our learning community expansion, responsible for transforming our provable model into a global movement • You’ll scale our learning community to new partners and communities, while securing the funding to make it happen • Your job is to build and manage the right partnerships that fit our model, pressure-test the model in the field, and bring in the capital to sustain rapid growth • You'll be a strong voice on the leadership team to drive strategy for partnerships, funding, device distribution, and go-to-market motions • You’ll partner with our Learning Experience, Device Access, Technology, and Marketing teams to build the momentum for scale
• 10+ years in partnerships, fundraising, or growth for edtech/social enterprise or international development, with Global South execution • Track record closing multi-partner portfolios and securing millions in cumulative funding via grants/strategic partnerships • Comfort operating in low-connectivity, resource-constrained contexts; bias for action and iteration • Deep understanding of how digital learning scales in low-connectivity, resource-constrained contexts • Significant experience scaling operations in MENA, South Asia, Latin America, or Sub-Saharan Africa; you've lived or worked extensively in these markets
