🎯 Requirements

•3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments. •Comfortable initiating and managing negotiations, with a proven ability to build strong affiliate relationships from the ground up. •Demonstrated success in managing large volumes of partners while maintaining quality and performance. •Self-driven and adaptable, eager to learn and expand domain knowledge as business needs evolve. •Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-first mindset, with the confidence to take initiative and seek team support when needed. •Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Mixpanel or similar), with a strong focus on user event analysis to drive performance decisions. •Familiarity with website intelligence and SEO tools like Similarweb, Ahrefs, or equivalent. •Genuine interest in the mobile gaming industry, including its trends, audience behavior, and growth dynamics.
