📋 Description

• Coordinate interdisciplinary team requirements from Service, Production and Installation to define interfaces and create component/module layouts • Incorporate requirements from R&D projects into GSI • Act as strategic interface between program management, core technologies and PLM governance teams • Resolve conflicts related to the application of the modular product structure • Identify improvement opportunities and initiate measures to implement them • Organize, facilitate and document the weekly GSI jour fixe and other GSI synchronization points as needed, as well as manage the workload of the GSI team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or, alternatively, experience as a technician in this field with extensive practical experience • Experience in creating and designing functional units/modules (design solutions) as well as developing modular product structures • Good knowledge of CAD and Siemens Teamcenter (NX) required • Team-oriented personality with strong facilitation/moderation skills and a drive to push things forward • Good command of standard PC tools (Microsoft Office) combined with high-level German and English language skills
