📋 Description

• Prepare error-free engineering documents • Maintain relevant knowledge of industry codes and standards • Build strong client relationships • Produce high quality engineering deliverables • Engage directly with clients at plant sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university • Minimum 10 years of experience with design of mechanical systems for mid level engineer • Experience working on DOE federal projects • Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of mechanical calculations • Proficient in Word and Excel • Good writing, presentation and communication skills • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks if needed • Thermal-hydraulic and design modification experienced desired • Relevant energy system design experience (e.g., HVAC, Hydraulic, Piping) preferred • Professional Engineering license (or in pursuit / Engineering-In-Training certification) preferred • Software experience (AFT FATHOM / ARROW / IMPULSE, AutoPipe, HVAC Heat Load / Air Flow) preferred
