📋 Description
• Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities • Handle questions, complaints and requests from customers • Follows all company policies and procedures as listed • Improving service image and satisfaction • Receiving service calls • Dispatch service calls to techs • Log all service calls • Organizes and maintains service file system • Maintains a safe, orderly, and clean working environment • Sales order management
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years order entry experience or equivalent experience • Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred • Prior EnerSys experience
