📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and deliver measurable outcomes • Maintain 95%+ gross revenue retention across your book of business • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders and asset managers • Deepen relationships by engaging 2+ key stakeholders per client (Asset Management, Sustainability/ESG, Property Management) • Drive product adoption to achieve 60%+ multi-product adoption across portfolio • Serve as strategic advisor to clients, aligning Enertiv solutions to operational and ESG priorities • Report directly to the VP of Client Success • Based remotely within the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or other client-facing SaaS roles • Strong track record of driving retention, adoption, and measurable client value • Skilled at building relationships with senior and executive stakeholders • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
