🎯 Requirements

β€’ - Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred β€’ - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus β€’ - Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism β€’ - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous β€’ - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment β€’ - A clear understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience β€’ - Ability to work well in a team setting, while also being self-motivated
