📋 Description

• Support the team in maintaining high availability and performance of systems • Assist in monitoring systems and tools, identifying potential issues that impact the user journey • Participate in log and metrics analysis, with guidance, to understand patterns and trends • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve incidents, documenting processes and lessons learned for the team • Contribute to the automation of tasks and workflows • Help create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation of software delivery processes • Be open to sharing and acquiring knowledge, continuously seeking to improve team practices • Demonstrate interest and initiative to stay up to date with SRE and DevOps technologies • Propose improvements and constructively challenge the status quo to enhance the quality of systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and Shell scripting • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi • Understanding of CI/CD practices and log/monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus and Graylog • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively and proactively, helping to identify and mitigate potential issues • Commitment, proactivity and the ability to question processes to find opportunities for improvement • Entry-level certifications or training in AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes (considered a plus)
