📋 Description

• Lead planning, evaluating, launching, and administering global benefit plans • Ensure compliance with country legislation and employment laws • Identify opportunities for improvement in current plan designs • Disseminate information regarding benefit programs to global HR team and employees • Create custom reports and leverage data analytics for decision making

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years overall HR experience within Total Rewards team • 8+ years' benefits project management experience with multinational companies • Proven comprehensive understanding of US and global benefits administration • Experience leading strategic benefits programs in a multinational company • Advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration • Advanced experience partnering with global benefits brokers • Must be able to collaborate in a dynamic and globally matrixed environment • Experience developing benefits automation processes • Experience with Workday required
