📋 Description

• Research business licensing compliance requirements; and prepare, submit and track state and local business licenses, permits, and corporate entity maintenance filings • Manage multiple projects concurrently from conception to completion to ensure timely filings across all business units with exceptional ownership, accountability, and follow-through • Maintain and continuously update our internal compliance and corporate filing databases • Coordinate with state agencies, local authorities and registered agents to manage state registration projects and resolve application roadblocks • Help us build scalable and efficient workflows as we add more businesses to our portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of office administration, personal/executive assistant, bookkeeping or other comparable clerical or administrative work experience • Curious, adaptable and motivated to grow with a scaling organization • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Proven project management and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adjust priorities in fast-paced environment • High integrity, discretion and strong ethical standards • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel
