📋 Description

• Lead a team of business and technology advisors supporting a global financial-sector client • Understand client business drivers and objectives to drive innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement • Align client strategic business requirements with Ensono capabilities and lead multi-year transformation initiatives • Coordinate architecture, features, functions, migration, and planning governance with internal stakeholders • Create reference architecture frameworks, templates, and target-state architecture designs with client business and technical teams • Manage Program Portfolio Managers and associated people-management responsibilities • Engage C-level and client transformation executives to lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs • Develop board-ready proposals and value-driven business cases • Drive architectural planning, execution plans, and roadmaps with cross-functional technology experts • Manage client transitions, including colocation transitions and public cloud instances, ensuring steady-state consistency • Lead large-scale migration projects through assessment, planning, and execution • Conduct discovery, assessment, solution-development workshops, and solution-development sessions • Develop and document solutions meeting technical and business requirements, focusing on transformation and re-platforming • Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences and secure executive buy-in • Act as a trusted operational adviser through consultation and recommendations • Partner with Product and Program Management on product enhancements and technology roadmap changes • Report budget attainment, expenses, and cost savings for key programs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience planning and leading large-scale enterprise IT change-management programs for transformation and migration • Experience designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructure and cloud solutions and services • Demonstrated program leadership and management experience in complex business or IT transformation environments • Exceptional business acumen to understand and shape client transformation initiatives • 15 years of experience as a technology leader in the hosting and cloud space, preferably with a service provider or cloud MSP • 7+ years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise IT, consulting, engineering/development, transformation, and migrations • Experience delivering enterprise IT professional services and cloud migrations and services • Credibility with C-suite, board-level, technology, engineering, and development audiences • Ability to share knowledge across company organizations and facilitate teamwork • Ability to work in internal and external team environments and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills • Ability to develop, implement, manage, and execute through influence across senior and client stakeholders • Proven ownership and results-driving track record • Ability to lead and work with varied organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Understanding of and experience with public cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure, and hybrid solutions preferred • Independent, self-directed, results-oriented approach • Advanced presentation skills • Strong empathy, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills • Ability to challenge the status quo with compelling insight and data while maintaining collaborative relationships • Ability to accommodate 20% travel as needed within the United States
