📋 Description
• Develop a product offering strategy tailored to international market environments. • Lead the development of new technologies from definition through to launch. • Manage the product lifecycle while meeting budgets, costs, quality, timelines and customer experience targets. • Analyze customer needs, anticipate trends and drive innovation. • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, marketing and sales to maximize profitability and market share. • Ensure products comply with local regulations and standards. • Monitor product performance and recommend strategic adjustments (positioning, pricing, etc.). • Represent ENSTO at events and with external partners.
🎯 Requirements
• Engineering degree (Electronics, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent, ideally complemented by an MBA. • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, engineering or R&D within industrial or energy environments. • Technical expertise in the development of electrical or electronic products. • Strong experience with Agile or Stage-Gate product development methodologies. • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects. • Customer-oriented with strong empathy to understand and translate customer needs into concrete solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders. • English: fluent.
