📋 Description

• Drive success and sales performance across a multi-disciplined field team • Manage customer-facing sales representatives across various markets and coach the Field Manager, C-Store and their sales teams • Monitor market-based insights and collaborate with local field teams and clients • Support go-to-market strategy and manage field execution • Recruit and hire committed sales representatives • Act as day-to-day contact for field teams and clients • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities using competitive, channel, and consumer insights • Develop quarterly business plans and ensure program and sales goals are met • Manage monthly and quarterly performance reporting and communicate results to stakeholders • Manage field execution against business objectives and KPI goals • Guide and support team members across assigned markets • Manage team-member expenses and budgets with quarterly reviews • Coach and develop the greater field team • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and account teams to hire and grow talent • Implement brand-building initiatives and distribute approved marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in the bev-alc industry • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong budget management skills • Knowledge of alcohol regulations, rules, market trends, and competition preferred • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to work remotely • Ability to work flexible hours • Ability to travel 10–20% of the year, sometimes with short notice • Ability to manage administrative tasks in accordance with agency compliance guidelines and standards • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and/or pull items weighing at least 15 pounds and up to 50 pounds • Must be able to move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
