📋 Description

• Lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations. • Ensure projects meet client and internal performance indicators. • Focus on maintaining schedule and budget performance. • Enhance project profitability and foster strong client relationships. • Supervise and mentor other team members, including Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads. • Maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts. • Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects. • Must have substation engineering experience • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent • 6 + years of experience managing engineering projects. • Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams. • General project management experience. • Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.
