📋 Description

• Develop internal and client-facing strategy decks and proposals • Conduct desk research, organize interviews, and distill complex findings • Draft documentation for business reviews, operations audits, or policy designs • Assist in designing and facilitating strategy retreats, training sessions, or stakeholder workshops • Support delivery teams with structured follow-ups, synthesis, and high-quality execution • Build training materials, workplans, or internal frameworks that support ongoing transformation
