📋 Description

• Act as a functional consultant on implementation, rollout and improvement projects for the Performance & Goals module of SAP SuccessFactors. • Lead global workshops with stakeholders from different countries to gather requirements, define processes and design solutions. • Configure, parameterize and test all functionalities of the module, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and the organization’s strategy. • Produce functional and technical documentation (BPML, BBP, test scenarios, user manuals). • Integrate PM & GM with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, CDP, Succession, Compensation, etc.) and related systems. • Support change management activities, enablement and training for key users. • Contribute to the design of global performance appraisal, goal management and continuous employee development processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors – Performance & Goals projects. • Advanced knowledge of: • Goal Management (goal configuration, cascading, goal libraries, weights) • Performance Management (assessment forms, sections, competencies, objectives, ratings, workflows) • Continuous Performance Management (CPM) • Calibration applied to performance and goals • Route Maps and Rating Scales • Integrations with Career, Succession and Compensation modules • Strong track record in global/multinational projects involving different cultures and legislation. • Advanced English (verbal and written fluency).
