📋 Description

• CRM & BI Integration. Own the architecture, customization and integration of Microsoft 365 Sales, Business Central, Dataverse and Power BI. • Corporate IT Operations. Oversee Help Desk services, end-user device management, identity and access management, endpoint configuration, and core IT service delivery. • Data Governance & Analytics. Establish data quality and governance policies. • Security & CMMC Compliance. Lead efforts to maintain CMMC compliance by defining roles and responsibilities and implementing security controls across access management, encryption, endpoint protection and incident response. • Custom Web Applications. Oversee the development of internal SvelteJS web applications hosted on Cloudflare (using D1 and R2). • Cross ‑ Functional Leadership. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Service Delivery, IT and Security teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Budget Oversight & Financial Management. Develop and manage the business systems budget, working closely with Finance to plan, forecast and allocate resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading business systems or software engineering initiatives, including CRM, ERP and BI modernization. • Proven expertise in CRM platform management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent) with hands‑on experience integrating CRM, ERP and data platforms. • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI; experience establishing data governance policies and processes. • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC Level 2 or higher, NIST SP 800‑171) and experience implementing security controls in enterprise systems. • Familiarity with modern web application development (ideally SvelteJS or similar) and cloud‑native data services (e.g., D1/R2 or equivalent). • Experience with CI/CD and secure coding best practices. • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, communicate with executive stakeholders, and manage change across diverse business units. • Eligibility for government security clearance. TS/SCI preferred.
