📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of new enterprise clients. • Conduct need-based analysis, scoping solutions, and launching scalable ecommerce webstore platforms. • Ensure a seamless transition from business development to active operations. • Align cross-functional teams, optimizing processes and delivering exceptional client experiences from contract to go-live. • Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level client stakeholders throughout the implementation process. • Develop and maintain onboarding frameworks, training materials, and process documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale-commerce implementations, punchout and/or catalog launches. • Exceptional project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. • Proficiency in the Jira project management tool and NetSuite CRM systems. • 4+ years of experience in client implementation or onboarding roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
