📋 Description

• Engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions • Enhance the client relationship, drive new programs/revenue and increase Equifax mindshare within assigned accounts • Define and agree on best in-class solutions for Equifax customers • Maintain a thorough understanding of the fraud and financial crimes landscape • Provide client support in the form of business solutions and technical consulting • Provide coaching for sales, technical and additional business consultants on general fraud management techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management, Authentication and Anti-Money Laundering/ Know Your Customer • 7+ years of experience in the industry • 7+ years of experience in a client facing consulting role • Strong consultative client management and solution management skills • Strong negotiating and contracting skills • Issue management and resolution skills • Graduate Degree ACAMS, and/or CFE • Bilingual in English & French
