📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field. • Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role where you have coached, mentored, and performance managed others. • Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
