📋 Description

• Prepare subsidiary month-end submissions in the group reporting system. • Assist in preparing consolidation adjustments and support review of top-level consolidations. • Prepare variance analysis and commentary for inclusion in monthly management reports. • Maintain accuracy and consistency of data in Prophix and other reporting tools. • Assist in preparing UK GAAP-compliant financial statements for selected subsidiaries. • Prepare and post monthly journals as required for group entities. • Support the preparation of Group IFRS Annual and Interim Reports, including liaison with auditors and internal stakeholders. • Support the preparation of quarterly budgets and forecasts for SG&A functions. • Consolidate departmental submissions and assist in preparing presentation materials for management. • Perform variance analysis against budget and forecasts and assist in discussions with department heads. • Support treasury-related activities, including preparation of cash flow forecasts and monitoring of bank balances. • Assist in preparing documentation for debt covenant compliance. • Support banking administration (mandates, credit exposure tracking, and reporting).

🎯 Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with relevant experience • Experience in a finance or audit role within a multinational or audit firm; working knowledge of IFRS and group reporting; experience with Prophix or similar systems is an advantage.
