📋 Description

• Drive revenue in assigned law firms and ZBFs through strategic outreach • Align client needs with Esquire’s core sales pillars and solution offerings • Manage the entire sales process including forecasting, pipeline, RFP support, and renewals • Maintain deep knowledge of Esquire’s products and how they solve client challenges • Use Salesforce and NetSuite to manage activities, track metrics, and report progress • Deliver market intelligence and feedback to support product and marketing initiatives • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide after-sale support • Represent Esquire at events, conferences, and networking engagements • Support and grow enterprise accounts through QBRs, ASMs, and compliance monitoring • Identify underperforming enterprise accounts and develop strategic growth plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience • legal industry experience preferred • Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Office • comfortable with digital research tools • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
