📋 Description

• Concept, design, schedule, and edit social-media and blog content—short-form videos, motion graphics, visuals, carousels, and AI based written posts. • Surface trending topics and translate them into timely posts that resonate with our audiance. • Leverage generative-AI tools (Make, n8n, GPT models, AI image generators) to ideate, draft and iterate content at speed. • Experiment & optimise —track KPIs (follower growth, impressions, engagement), run A/B tests, and fine-tune the content calendar. • Engage & nurture —respond to comments, spark discussions, and build relationships with key voices in the community. • Spot trends on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, turning insights into engaging posts. • Design and deploy email campaigns. • Create visual assets for our Webflow and WordPress sites and contribute to UI/UX on new MVPs. • Design email updates and lightweight landing pages to convert followers into newsletter subscribers. • Advise on brand voice and visual consistency as new MVPs and articles launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in Figma (bonus for Canva, motion graphics, or basic video editing). • A portfolio that shows you can turn complex ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. • Fluency with social-media best practices—especially for X and LinkedIn. • Basic HTML/CSS familiarity and an eye for UI/UX are a plus. • Sharp eye for trends on LinkedIn and X, especially within tech or research niches. • Data-driven mindset: you enjoy testing, measuring, and optimising. • Comfort running data-driven experiments —you love dashboards as much as design tools. • Self-starter attitude; you thrive in remote, autonomous environments. • Proactive, self-directed work style; you thrive in remote, flexible setups.
