• Are you ready to join a dynamic team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS? • We are seeking a talented IT Engineer (Helpdesk), to join our expanding development teams. • The successful candidate responsibilities will include: • Handle helpdesk tickets. • Provide support on operation issues, on Azure cloud. • Work on daily ad-hoc requests and other assigned tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Familiar with SQL, Web Services, Python. • Familiar with the onsite support process, IT technology platform, and environment. • Good understanding of Azure cloud. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Good Team-work experience. • Capability to work on night shifts (standby). • Good oral and writing skills, in English.
