📋 Description

• Timely preparation and dispatch of order and monthly invoices • Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial closings for our direct customer, intercompany and Fapas ring trial business • Professional advice and support of customers by email and phone as part of our Fapas ring trial business • Posting of ring trial orders in our ERP system • Review, posting and approval of incoming invoices • Dunning/collections follow-up in cooperation with customer service and central accounting • Issuance and approval of credit notes • Participation in projects for internal organization and process optimization • Maintenance of customer master data and archiving of documents • Handling emails in a shared mailbox • General administrative duties
