📋 Description

• Preparation and further development of purchasing reports, dashboards and KPI systems to manage procurement. • Analysis of purchasing data (e.g., price trends, savings potential, supplier performance) to derive recommendations for action. • Support in preparing procurement negotiations through data analyses and scenario calculations. • Monitoring compliance with procurement policies and support in implementing, e.g., "no PO – no pay" and other compliance requirements. • Participation in projects for process optimization in procurement and digital transformation (e.g., Coupa, BI systems). • Close collaboration with Finance, Strategic Procurement and Operational Procurement teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field — ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance or Supply Chain. • Initial practical experience in controlling or procurement, e.g., through internships, working-student roles or first professional experience. • Analytical mindset and strong affinity for numbers. • Confident user of MS Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa) is an advantage. • Structured, process-oriented working style with team spirit and a cross-functional perspective. • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
