• Timely responses to customer enquiries • Effective and timely follow-up of quotations • Effective communication with both customers and colleagues by telephone, email and online • Accurate sales forecasting • Liaison across different business units to resolve customer queries swiftly • Ensure data in our CRM and other key tools are kept up to date and managed in real-time • Develop relationships with customers to ensure levels of service are high • Work as part of the larger team to manage the priorities of each customer • Have the drive and passion to create a great customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
