📋 Description

• The Compliance Specialist ensures operational integrity by auditing employee time tracker records, monitoring delivery team outputs, and verifying adherence to internal processes and policies. • Conduct audits of employee time entries in Insightful, verifying accuracy and completeness. • Monitor overtime, manual entries, and adherence to approved working hours according to company policy. • Identify inconsistencies, potential errors, or signs of fraudulent activity and escalate appropriately. • Flag discrepancies, unusual patterns, or potential fraud for escalation. • Ensure all employees and contractors are consistently following time tracking policies. • Assist in verifying that delivery tasks are logged properly and tagged for cost allocation. • Support Sr Compliance Specialist when operational checks are required for delivery compliance. • Verify that logged hours and completed tasks match internal cost allocation and client billing requirements. • Support reconciliation of client deliverables with invoices and AR records. • Highlight discrepancies between operational records and billing for escalation to Sr Finance & Compliance Analyst. • Maintain logs of audits, flagged entries, and finance checks. • Provide daily/weekly summaries for review by Sr Finance & Compliance Analyst. • Support monthly or quarterly reporting with accurate, documented findings.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, operations, or finance-related auditing. • Experience with Insightful, e-commerce operations, or AR/billing support preferred. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong personality • Clear communication skills and adherence to escalation protocols. • Willingness to work 9-6 EST (One hour of lunch, payment based on 8 hours/day). • Two computer monitors and fast internet speed are required.
