📋 Description

• Registration of new entities with Secretaries of State • Modifications of existing entity information with the Secretaries of State • New State Payroll and tax account creation • Review and help resolve any state notices • Other Tax items as needed. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Tax/ Finance or higher from an accredited college or university • Working towards industry certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is preferred • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (and other Microsoft Office products) • Netsuite experience preferred but not required
