📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences • Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products • Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers from concept to delivery • Rapidly prototype and test ideas before committing to full builds • Support fast-paced A/B testing with quick design iterations • Improve conversion and retention through iterative design and testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience • Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture • Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 • Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create production-ready UI assets • Expert-level prototyping skills • Resourceful problem-solving: able to find creative solutions to achieve both beauty and practicality • Strong ability to synthesise insights from competitor and market research into actionable design decisions
