📋 Description

• EverCommerce is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our Enterprise Reporting function • This role is central to how we communicate key business performance indicators to senior leadership • You’ll work cross-functionally with FP&A, business operations, data engineering, and executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives • Act as the subject matter expert on EverCommerce’s core KPIs • Own the Enterprise Reporting Roadmap • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders regarding enterprise reporting needs • Own the QA process and change management protocols for all executive reporting assets • Identify gaps in data availability, reporting processes, and visualization tools, and work to drive improvements that scale across EverCommerce’s portfolio of businesses

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a multi-brand or enterprise environment • Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility • Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting • Strong project management skills, with experience developing roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations • Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex data topics into clear business language for senior audiences • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus • Experience in the Payments domain - familiarity with tools, compliance requirements, standards, etc. is a big plus
