• Build and maintain a unified, reliable dataset for marketing performance metrics (spend, leads, subscriptions, revenue) • Partner with Data Engineering to design and QA pipelines that connect ad platforms, CDP, and subscription data • Define marketing taxonomy and naming conventions to ensure data consistency across tools • Build self-serve dashboards for spend, ROI, and funnel performance using Looker or equivalent BI tools • Develop frameworks for forecasting and budgeting marketing spend and expected ROI • Support leadership with recurring marketing performance reviews and ad-hoc analyses • Analyze acquisition efficiency, CAC trends, and channel mix performance • Partner with Finance to reconcile spend and revenue and ensure data alignment • Participate actively in growth strategy development and planning sessions
• 4+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, preferably in a SaaS or consumer app environment • Strong SQL skills and experience building datasets for performance reporting • Experience working with marketing data (Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, etc.) and integrating with BI tools • Proficiency in data visualization (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, attribution, and unit economics (CAC, payback, LTV) • Ability to translate messy, complex data into actionable insights and scalable tools • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Data Engineering)
