📋 Description

• Build and maintain operational dashboards (Power BI, Tableau…) • Analyze key KPIs: MTTR, SLA, IT/system noise, ticket volumes, triage performance • Collaborate with PPO, Incident Command, operations and IT product teams • Produce regular reports for management and operational teams • Participate in data audits and continuous improvement plans • Automate and stabilize data ingestion pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in data analysis • Strong proficiency in Power BI • Proficiency in SQL required • Knowledge of DataOps / CI/CD / monitoring: a plus • Analytical mindset, clear communicator, able to work independently
