📋 Description

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-velocity team selling SaaS solutions to insurance agencies and independent agents. • Managing a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales cycle focused on new customer acquisition. • Utilizing Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to track pipeline, measure performance, and improve team productivity. • Conducting ongoing coaching through quantitative KPI analysis, live demo feedback, and recorded call reviews. • Partnering closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to refine tools, processes, scripts, and objection-handling techniques that will enable your team’s success • Creating and maintaining an energetic, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture. • Driving continuous improvement across sales through testing, data analysis, and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated inside sales success • 1+ years experience as a first-line manager leading a B2B inside sales team • Proven experience implementing change management • Experience selling SaaS products in a high-volume and rapidly changing environment. • Deep knowledge of proven sales methodologies, with experience improving scripts, talk tracks, and objection management. • High personal integrity and sound judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions even without perfect information. • Strong data fluency, with experience analyzing funnel metrics, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance. • Proficiency with Salesforce and related sales enablement tools.

🏖️ Benefits

• Compensation includes $60,000-$80,000/year + commission. • Employees may be eligible to participate in company variable compensation or equity programs.
