📋 Description

• Deliver client consultancy projects and manage project-related analytics, data and tools (Navlin and research) • Lead research and analysis on pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTA • Design and execute client analyses and deliverables; develop client reports and presentations • Present findings and provide follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction • Identify client needs and implement strategic, data-driven solutions • Contribute to business development through proposal development • Ensure tasks are delivered to schedule with high quality and value • Develop intellectual property for future engagements and deepen consulting methodologies knowledge • Apply strong attention to quality, storytelling through data, and excellent PowerPoint/Excel skills • Occasionally manage junior resources (associate consultants or interns) • Work effectively in a remote environment under guidance of an Engagement Manager • Home office based role located in Italy (remote)

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./B.A in relevant field of study required (life sciences or economic/managerial sciences, medical engineering) • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience and/or 2-4 years management consulting experience • Understanding of life sciences business practices and client issues • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of the market research development process • Strong quantitative and qualitative market research skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Ability to structure and use large amounts of data and other types of information from multiple sources • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously • Demonstrated self-awareness and accountability • Ability to lead and own personal projects • Ability to establish credibility in front of clients • Willingness and ability to travel approximately up to 10% of annual worktime • Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH) • Preferred: Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modelling/forecasting • Preferred: 2+ years of management consulting experience
