📋 Description

• Lead an AMS team and oversee multiple customer projects • Manage the Customer Care team as the central point of contact for multiple project managers and customers • Customer management: ensure SLAs are met and handle escalation management • Change request management • Resource planning for projects • Support in the sales process for AMS projects • Define and ensure adherence to process standards • Lead and coordinate the international support project team • 2nd-level support for SAP end users across multiple countries • 3rd-level support for SAP standard modules, custom enhancements, and upgrades • Promote the development of project managers and junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration or a technical field • Professional experience in SAP logistics (e.g., SAP Enterprise Asset Management) • Excellent German and English skills • Strong team and communication skills; ability to influence and convince customers • High level of initiative and ability to work independently • Strong quality awareness
